How TENG MEDIA INC. handles personal information and your privacy choices.

Your privacy at a glance

We use information to operate the website, fulfill course purchases, provide access, and respond to your requests. This landing page does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Your privacy choices are explained below.

Who is responsible and what this covers

TENG MEDIA INC. operates the TENG AI SCHOOL landing page for 2-Day AI Game Creator and is responsible for the personal information it handles. Our address is 18 King Street East, Suite 1400, Toronto, Ontario, M5C 1C4, Canada. Send privacy questions or requests to support@tengmedia.com.

This notice covers information handled in connection with this website, course purchases, course access, and customer support. It explains what information is used, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information processed by the current website

Please do not email full card numbers, passwords, government identification, or unnecessary sensitive information. Images and fonts on the current site are served from the site itself. Demo and video placeholders do not contact an external game or video host.

Why information is used

We use request information to serve and protect the website, investigate errors, and detect abuse. We use correspondence to answer questions and handle support, refund, or privacy requests.

We use order and account information to process payment, send receipts and access instructions, provide the lifetime access purchased, communicate necessary service updates, address fraud and disputes, and maintain required business and tax records.

We rely on consent where required by Canadian privacy law, subject to lawful exceptions. Where European or UK data-protection law applies, the relevant bases can include taking steps at your request or performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating and securing the service where your rights do not override those interests. Optional tracking or marketing must have an appropriate basis, including consent where required. Merely visiting the website or accepting purchase terms is not consent to optional uses.

Cookies and browser storage

The current application does not set advertising or analytics cookies or save visitor identifiers to local storage or session storage. It keeps temporary state in page memory to avoid repeating a promotional popup and to remember an enrollment-button click. That state resets when the page is reloaded and is not sent to an advertising platform.

Our hosting provider processes the technical request information described above and may use security mechanisms needed to protect the service. Browser settings can be used to inspect, block, or clear site data. The page is designed to work when optional browser storage is unavailable.

If we introduce optional cookies or similar technologies, we will explain their providers, purposes, and retention, and provide choices before using them where the law requires consent. This policy is not a substitute for that consent.

Meta ads and future tracking

You may arrive here from a Facebook or Instagram ad. Meta’s processing on its own platforms is described in Meta’s Privacy Policy. The current website does not send page views, purchases, email addresses, or browsing events to Meta through the Meta Pixel or Conversions API.

Before introducing such tracking, we will identify what it collects, why it is used, who receives it, and how to exercise your choices. Where required, optional tracking will remain off until you consent, and withdrawing consent will stop future optional tracking. Declining optional tracking will not prevent access to the course offer.

We do not currently sell personal information or share it with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website. We will update this notice and implement the required choices before introducing any such practice. A server-side integration is not exempt from privacy requirements merely because it does not use a browser cookie.

Service providers and disclosures

Hosting: Vercel provides website hosting, delivery, and related security services. To fulfill purchases and provide course access, service providers may process information in the following areas: payment processing and fraud prevention, course hosting and account access, transactional email, customer support, and business recordkeeping. We limit provider access to what is needed for the relevant service and require appropriate protection under our arrangements with them.

The actual payment and learning services will be identified when you use them, with links to relevant notices. Where a provider acts independently, its own privacy notice also applies. We may use professional advisers who need information for accounting, legal, or related business obligations.

We may disclose information where required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or where reasonably necessary and lawful to protect security or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. This does not authorize unrelated marketing.

Service providers may process information outside Canada or your country of residence, including in the United States, where legal protections and public-authority access can differ. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we will use a permitted mechanism. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your information.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for its purpose and applicable obligations. Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle the issue and related disputes; purchase and tax records are retained for applicable legal recordkeeping periods; and account/access records are retained as needed to provide the lifetime course access purchased. Security records follow the hosting configuration and the needs of any active investigation.

Deletion requests are assessed against these purposes and legal duties. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized, subject to lawful retention and backup cycles. Temporary page state disappears on reload.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information, including HTTPS for this website. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or an objection to processing. Some rights are subject to conditions, and we may need to retain information required by law. Where applicable, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and use an authorized agent.

Use the privacy contact on our Contact page. Describe the request and how we can reach you. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity, but you should not send sensitive identification without being asked through an appropriate channel. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful refusal or extension.

You may complain to the relevant privacy regulator, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada where it has jurisdiction, or your local data-protection authority. Exercising privacy rights does not remove your entitlement to the services you purchased, except where fulfilling the request makes a requested service impossible or law requires otherwise.

No mailing list is connected to this website. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Any future marketing program must provide a lawful basis, sender details, and a working way to unsubscribe.

Children and updates

Do not submit personal information about children through this website. If you believe information about a child has been provided, contact us so we can review and address it appropriately. Any future service intended for children will require its own age-appropriate review and notices.

We will update this notice when the website’s practices change, with a new date. If a new use requires notice or consent, we will provide that notice or obtain consent before starting the new use.
