Refund Policy

All sales are final

Course purchases are final, with the limited exceptions below and any refunds required by applicable law. We do not offer a trial period or satisfaction-based money-back guarantee.

After accessing lessons or course resources, a change of mind, lack of time, non-completion, a preference for another teaching style, or not achieving a particular result does not qualify for a discretionary refund. This does not affect remedies for faulty or misdescribed content or other mandatory rights.

Please review the description, preview material, tools and device requirements, lifetime-access terms, and support details before purchasing. Ask any questions that matter to your decision before payment.

Limited refund exceptions

• Duplicate purchase or charge: if you accidentally pay twice for the same individual course access, we will refund the verified duplicate payment.
• Unused accidental purchase: contact us within 48 hours of purchase. If you have not accessed or streamed any lessons, downloaded course materials, or accessed course resources, we will cancel that purchase and refund it. Merely receiving the access email does not count as using the course. The exception ends when you access the lessons or resources.
• Delivery or access failure on our side: if we cannot provide the purchased access or a working alternative within seven calendar days after you report the issue and supply the reasonable information needed to identify your order, you may cancel for a refund. Any shorter deadline or broader remedy required by law takes precedence.

Where we need to check whether course access has occurred, we will use available order and course-access records and information you provide. We will not require your password. These exceptions do not reduce the rights described below.

Rights that this policy does not remove

This policy does not exclude or restrict any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Depending on applicable law, these can include rights relating to content that is faulty, materially misdescribed, or not supplied; valid cancellation or withdrawal; and unauthorized or incorrectly processed payments.

Where the law requires a refund, replacement, repair, price reduction, cancellation, or another remedy, we will provide the required remedy. Any statutory deadline takes precedence over this policy. Reporting a problem promptly helps us investigate, but this policy does not create an extra deadline that cuts off your legal rights.

Digital access and cancellation

After a successful purchase, course-access instructions are sent immediately by email, and your purchase includes lifetime access to the purchased course materials.

If a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right applies, receiving digital content does not automatically remove it in every situation. Where applicable law permits loss of a withdrawal right when digital supply starts, any required express consent, acknowledgment, and contract confirmation must be obtained or provided before supply starts. Reading or accepting this policy alone does not provide that separate consent.

Any applicable cancellation rights for live services or other components must be assessed separately. Mandatory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content remain even where a change-of-mind withdrawal right has validly ended.

Access issues and billing errors

Email support@tengmedia.com with your purchase email, order reference if available, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation. Do not send your full card details or password. We may request proportionate information to locate your order and assess the issue.

We will investigate access problems, suspected duplicate charges, and unauthorized payments. When a refund is approved, we will initiate it to the original payment method within ten business days, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Mandatory legal deadlines still apply.

Nothing in this policy prevents you from using a lawful payment dispute or complaint process. Contacting us first can help resolve an issue but is not a waiver of your rights.

Other providers and policy changes

Fees paid directly to AI providers, game engines, app stores, asset sellers, or other third parties are governed by your contract with that provider and applicable law. Those fees are not part of the course price unless the offer expressly includes them.

The refund policy disclosed when you purchase applies to that purchase, subject to mandatory law. A later policy change will not retroactively reduce your existing rights. Read this policy together with the Terms & Conditions.
